Do I own my website after it's built?
Yes, completely. You own the domain, the content, and the code. We hand it over when we're done. Maintenance plans are optional — your site keeps working either way.
What's the payment structure?
50% upfront, 50% on launch. No surprises, no scope creep charges. If you add something after the project scope is agreed, we'll quote it separately first.
How fast is "fast turnaround"?
Starter and Growth packages typically launch within two weeks of kickoff. Premium takes 3–4 weeks due to the custom design system. We start the clock when we have everything we need from you — logo, photos, business info.
What if I don't have a logo or photos?
Growth and Premium packages include copywriting. For logos and photography, we work with local Michigan creatives and can refer you — or work with stock assets if budget is a factor.
Do you do e-commerce?
Yes — online stores are available on Growth and Premium tiers. Reach out and we'll scope it for your specific needs.
